BMSC-01

A form fitting cage for the big Studio Camera by BlackMagic.

With the Lanparte BMSC-01 camera cage, you can finally rig up your BlackMagic Studio Camera the easy way. This cage was especially designed for the BMSC and is made from anodized aluminium. The build quality is high as alway: CNC-machined and anodized parts for maximum durability and a life time service.

The cage consists out of a long, flat base plate with several tripod threads on the buttom, a frame with 15mm rod support on top, a carry-around top handle and a compact TS-02 tele lens support that can be used with lenses with a diameter up to 92mm. The 15mm rod support in the base plate and on top of the frame can be used to mount additional accessory, like a follow focus, a matte box or an EVF, just in case it is required to utilize the BMSC as a shoulder camera. The 15mm rods can be extended using supplied rod screws, which makes mounting of a shoulder pad and handles possible without getting a wobbly rig setup.

You can disassemble the cage into a minimum of parts. This way it will be very easy to transport the cage - easier than maybe the camera itself.
