The NP-FW50 battery dummy is just like your NP-FW50 battery, except for it having a cable coming out of its housing.
This battery dummy fits cameras which use the Sony NP-FW50 battery for powering. It can be used with several NEX cameras as well as with the Sony A7 and A7II series. The dummy features a fully decoded infochip which makes usage as simple as with a genuine battery. The cable has a jack which can be connected to one of the Lanparte battery pinches, allowing to power the camera for a very long time with just one v-lock or AntonBauer battery.
This dummy can also be used with the PB600 battery pack.
